  • 10 x walking lunges

5 minutes of:
  • 9 x ring pulls
  • 9 x 9kg wall balls
(4.5 sets)

5 minutes of:
  • 9 x 9kg squats
  • 9 x push ups
  • 200m row
(3 sets)

5 minutes of:
  • 9 x 9kg ball slam
  • 9 x 12kg kettlebell half swings
(lost count, maybe 4 or 5 sets?)

30 minutes of:

  • Being dead
